Underground Garage, which is also called Hidden-Garage, is designed to
accommodate one car and can be lowered down to the ground with the help of a

Installation and usage
Underground garage consists of two parts. One is foundation; the other one is elevator body. The foundation
part is an underlying base with steel prefabricated components. While elevator body is constructed mechanically,
driven by a single-phase motor and a reduction gear unit. Steel rope is employed to draw the elevator body up
and down. It is worth to mentioned that it is remote controlled. 眉、

Main Functions
1.
Automatically moving up: When out of power, the garage can be lifted to upper level by the turning wheels
of the car, through friction roller and driving gear.
2.
Automatically going down: When out of power, the garage can move down to underground by the self weight.
The speed of moving down can be manually controlled.
3.
Emergency exit. The door of the exit is equipped with a lock.
4.
Rainproof: The rain water can be kept from entering the garage through the roof, emergency exit, etc.
(except for the circumstance that the garage is totally covered by the water.)
5.
Drainage system. The drainage system can start automatically to drain the water in the garage.
6.
Emergency moving up: In the case that there is water in the garage and cannot be drained out, the garage
can be lifted up automatically.
7.
Ventilation System. The garage is equipped with ventilation system for fresh air.
8.
Photoelectric protection: If there is somebody or something in the way when the garage goes down,
it can stop automatically with the help of photoelectric protection equipment.
9.
The function is waterproofed, which can keep the garage from dampness.

There is an insulating layer in the top of the garage, which keep the garage from high temperature due
